オートバイを、新在家交差点の角にあるハーレーダビッドソン神戸で購入したため、ときどき新在家に行く用事があります。今回、車検でバイクを出したため、電車で帰宅する必要があったのですが、せっかくだから神戸でステーキを食べて帰れば？という妻のすすめもあり、新在家駅すぐそばのこちらのお店を電話予約してうかがいました。

アットホームな雰囲気で高級ステーキをいただける、本当に素晴らしいお店です。マスターのお客に対するおもてなしの心にあふれています。特選黒毛和牛以上の高級肉を選ばずとも、シャトーブリアンの贅沢で芳醇な美味しさは記憶に残ります。肉の概念を覆してくれるだけのものを感じました。

実はマスターからは特選黒毛和牛以上の、より高価格帯のステーキをおすすめされたのですが、シャトーブリアンなる肉を食べたことがなく、ぜひ食べたかったのでした。超高価格帯の超特選シャトーブリアンというメニューもありますが、さすがになにかの記念日でもないのでそれには手を出しませんでした。次回は特選黒毛和牛の250gあたりをガツンと食べたいと思いました。

マスターの他には女性スタッフがいまして、デザートなどを持ってきてくださいます。食後にカレーライスを選べるというのも面白いところで、これビーフカレーなんですが、これだけで独立したメニューであっても不思議ではありません。ランチでは提供されているのかもしれません。そして私が店を出て交差点の角を曲がるまでお見送りくださるスタッフさんにも感激しました。

新在家という、神戸市内では中心部から外れたエリアかもしれませんが、こちらのお店はぜひ皆様に訪れていただきたい名店だと認識しました。期待を裏切ることはないでしょう。次回は妻と一緒にうかがおうと思います。

2026年7月25日(日)に、今度は車検が終わったバイクを受け取りに新在家に参りました。今回はランチでお邪魔し、ビフカツをいただきました。脂モノは控えるよう厳命されていますが、ステーキとは違う肉料理を味わってみたかったのでした。これが大正解で、衣はどこにいったのか、まったく油脂（あぶらあぶら）しておりません。ちょうどよいミディアムレアの焼き加減と、赤身肉なのに最後まで柔らかくのどを滑っていく感触は、食べた人にしかわからないでしょう。皆様にお勧めしたいと思います。
